Communication - you can get a live person on the phone at any time during business hours and email and text communications for after business hours. We welcome your calls.
Frequent Property Visits - not only do we visit your property at scheduled times annually, we also use other opportunities such as repair evaluations, letting in a contractor, etc to observe, make notations and discover violations that needs to be addressed. This has proven to be very effective way to keep track of the condition of your home and in some cases prevent future legal issues for the owner.s.
No Cost Repairs - This is a huge perk for our owners. On occasion, we may get a call from a tenant with a minor issue in the home. Once we determine the issue, if it’s just a labor issue during business hours, and will not take but a few minutes to resolve, we will go by and solve the problem at no cost to our owners. Unlike other companies, we don’t believe in finding ways to charge our owners for every little issue. On average we may do this at least twice a year per property and at the very least it saves our owners a few hundred dollars. Sometimes more.
Concentrated Area of Service- This may be the biggest difference between our company and our competitors. With the exception of our long term customers, all of the properties that we manage are located within a 10 mile radius of our office. This allows us to get to your property faster in case of an emergency and do drive-by’s more often when visiting other owner’s properties in the same area. Owners are always happy to get a quick picture sent to them of their property at any given moment to us. There’s great value in this area of service to our owners.
Seasonal Report Cards- At no cost to you, we will do a spring and fall exterior inspection of the your property with pictures and make recommendations. This has proven to be a valuable service to our owners, especially if your property has a Homeowners Association. This helps to avoid violations against your property if you take action early.
