1. After 90 days if you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may cancel your contract with no penalty or cancellation fees and we will also refund any management fees that you have paid to that point.
2. We guarantee that if we place a tenant in your property, you will receive at least 12 months of rent. If for some reason the initial term is not fulfilled, when we re-rent the property and place the new tenant, there will be no leasing fee charged to the owner. If the tenant has representation, the leasing fee shall be only half of the first month’s rent.
3. All pets are vetted and screened to ensure proper identification of breed. No pit bulls are allowed. Our guarantee is that we will pay up to $1000 on any pet damages beyond normal wear and tear that exceed the security deposit amoun​t.
4. Whether you already have a tenant or your home needs to listed for rent, we are so confident in our ability to expedite the process in a timely manner that we guarantee that within 48 hours from the time that you agree to contract with us, we will get all paperwork signed, visit the property, take pictures, visually inspect the property and have it listed for rent if applicable. If these things are not done within 48 hours, your first two months of management fees are free.
