Parker Property Management, LLC is a family-owned-and-operated company located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. We manage residential properties, such as Single-Family homes, Town Homes, and Condominiums in Upper Marlboro and surrounding areas.
We believe that in the best interest of our customers , it is best that an owner’s property and the management companies serving area are within a 10 mile radius of one another. The benefit of this is that we can get to your property sooner in the case of an emergency and visit your home on a regular basis when driving the area doing our regular drive-by external inspections.

Keith Parker is a veteran of the United States Navy. He started managing properties in 2004 as a real estate agent while serving his customers. He founded and formalized Parker Property Management in 2011.
With over 17 years of experience, his military background, and expertise in real estate and contracting, Keith has brought a tremendous amount of value and intangibles to his business and customers over the years that have made his company “a cut above “the rest.
Keith also has many awards, designations, and certifications in several areas specific to residential management and real estate. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, woodworking, nature, reading, cooking, and practicing his faith.
