Discounts- Whenever an owner needs to make a repair or upgrade to their property, they will have the benefit of using any of our suppliers for Hvac, Flooring, Roofing and many others and receive the same discount on materials as given to our company. Our owners pay what we pay. Our owners have saved thousands of dollars on appliances, a/c units, and windows just to name a few.
Property Data- Upon request, our owners may receive a free market analysis of any of their properties. This is of great value and can be used to determine the property value for a possible sale, a refinance, or to determine if they have at least 20% equity in their property which they can send to their lender to get their PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) cancelled, which will increase their properties monthly cashflow.
